SEREMBAN, July 22 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said close cooperation between the Federal Government and the Negeri Sembilan state administration is essential to maintaining political stability and ensuring continuous development for the people.
Speaking during the Negeri Sembilan state election campaign, Anwar stressed that having both governments working in the same direction would help accelerate the implementation of development projects, improve public services, and attract greater investment into the state. He said such alignment allows policies and initiatives to be carried out more effectively for the benefit of the rakyat.
The Prime Minister also pointed to Negeri Sembilan’s current economic performance, noting that the state has recorded encouraging investment growth and has significant potential to continue expanding with strong cooperation between the two levels of government.
Anwar said political stability remains a crucial factor in strengthening investor confidence and ensuring that long-term development plans can be implemented without disruption. He urged voters to support continued cooperation between the Federal and state governments to maintain momentum in economic growth and improve the well-being of the people.
