KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 — Malaysian esports team Selangor Red Giants (SRG) is aiming for a podium finish at the upcoming MSC x Esports World Cup (MSC x EWC) as the squad looks to build on its recent successes on the international stage.
SRG head coach Chon “Sunfrost” Kah Hou said the team has been preparing intensively and remains focused on delivering its best performance against some of the world’s strongest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams. He acknowledged that the competition will be challenging but believes the players are capable of competing for a top-three finish.
