Malaysian Moto3 rider Muhammad Hakim Danish Ramli will start the San Marino Grand Prix from 18th position on the grid as he continues his 2026 Moto3 World Championship campaign.
The AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSi rider faced a challenging qualifying session at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, leaving the Malaysian youngster with work to do when the main race gets underway.
Hakim Danish arrived in San Marino after finishing 12th at the Aragon GP, where he collected four championship points. That result brought his tally to 90 points after 13 rounds, placing him eighth in the overall standings at the time.
Despite starting further down the grid at Misano, the 19-year-old Terengganu rider will be looking to fight his way through the field and secure another positive result in his rookie Moto3 season.
Hakim Danish has already enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in 2026, including his first Moto3 podium at the Italian GP and a historic victory at the Czech GP, becoming the first Malaysian to win in the Moto3 class after a decade-long wait.
