SEREMBAN, July 29 — Police have opened 19 investigation papers involving alleged offences linked to the Negeri Sembilan state election campaign.
According to authorities, the cases involve various offences under election-related laws and other applicable legislation. Investigations are being carried out to ensure all complaints are handled fairly and in accordance with the law.
Police reminded all candidates, political parties and supporters to comply with election regulations throughout the campaign period. They also urged the public to avoid actions that could disrupt public order or violate electoral laws.
The authorities stressed that strict enforcement will continue to ensure the state election is conducted in a safe, peaceful and orderly manner. Members of the public are encouraged to report any suspected election-related offences to assist ongoing investigations.
